All discounts need proof of wristband purchase via email ticket confirmation or through past events on the FIXR App. Wristband also needs to be in your name for deals to be valid!
OMG:
Customer must have the OMG app to receive this offer. The app can be downloaded here. Must also show proof of wristband/proof of purchase. Offer valid from 21st September 2024 to 20th October 2024
Deal is only valid between 14th September to 30th November, Tuesday to Thursday.
To claim this deal you would have been emailed about all deals in an email and there will be a code to use.

To book an appointment click the link above and then fill out all the info required. You will pay at the barbers but they ask for your card when booking to prevent no-shows! When at the barbers make sure to show them your proof of wristband purchaseto receive your discount.
£5 off deal is valid until 31st of October and £2 off deal is valid until the 30th of June 2025!
The Students' Union at UWE:
This deal cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. Deal is valid until 15th December 2023 and proof of wristband purchase must be shown!
Clifton Cocktail Club:
To claim this deal just head to the bar and show them the code you would have received in an email from us.
Hell In A Cellar Escape Rooms:
To claim this deal you would have been emailed about all deals in one email and there will be a code you need to give on email or on the phone for the discount to be applied.

Wristbands will be available for collection from The Students' Union building on Frenchay Campus, 13:00 - 19:00 every day from Saturday 14 until Monday 16 September.

Tickets will be available on the door if they have not already sold out. Some tickets will have an increased price on the door. Please arrive in good time to be let in before last entry. Some events are first come, first served and will be subject to capacity.

Your ticket is valid up until last entry. Last entry varies for each individual event.
Your wristband is also valid up until the event's last entry time and gives you guaranteed entry for the first hour of the event opening, after that it’s first come, first served.

We understand that it can be confusing in the run up to Welcome Week as Bristol is saturated with many different events claiming to be ‘Official’ Freshers’ events. Our official Welcome Programme will be stamped with our logo and have events that take place at The Students’ Union and also in city centre venues we have worked with for a number of years. The official Welcome Week is run by The Students’ Union at UWE, which is a non-profit organisation, and organised on our behalf by Wonderland Events. We try to ensure value for money is delivered at every Welcome event - not just another club night. While some non-official events will surely be enjoyable, please take care when buying tickets to avoid disappointment. If you are unsure, please contact us via suevents@uwe.ac.uk .

We are happy to refund your ticket if you are no longer coming to UWE.
To be eligible for a refund, you will need to send proof to su.events@uwe.ac.uk. This can be a screenshot of your acceptance into another university or alternatively, proof of being declined by UWE.

Yes. All our night time events are strictly 18+. Please bring valid ID: only a driver’s licence or passport will be accepted.

Tickets will only be available to UWE Bristol students, but you can come if your friend who is a UWE Bristol student buys your ticket.Item description

Please check all event details carefully before purchasing a ticket as our event partners can’t offer a refund if events are going ahead as planned. For ticket purchases to individual events, you will be able to claim a refund if the date of an event changes, or in the event of a cancellation. You are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind about going or realise you can't go anymore.
If you no longer wish to attend the event, there is an option to transfer/sell your ticket to another student.
Remember, you can only transfer tickets to other UWE Bristol students. If you are purchasing a ticket or wristband from someone else please ensure they are using the Transfer Feature to avoid scams or being charged too much.

We never oversell an event; however, sometimes people with tickets don’t show up and we have to leave people without tickets waiting in the cold. If you plan to be at an event, please arrive before 23:30 (or midnight for 23:00 start) to guarantee your entry. After that point, we’ll start letting everyone else in and the venue may be full when you arrive.
All events are 18+. Please bring valid age ID (Passport/Driving Licence). Failure to produce one of these two will result in you being refused entry without refund. Photocopies are unacceptable.
Please note: All events are closed events for UWE Students and their guests only. Failure to produce a valid student card or proof of attendance will result in lack of admittance without refund.
All venues reserve the right to eject and refuse entry to customers at their discretion. Reasons include, but are not limited to: violence, suspicion of drugs, intoxication.
The Students' Union at UWE operates a Safer Spaces Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be resold. Searching is a condition of entry. Line-up, set times and billing subject to change.
